Q: Who can use this command?
A: Any player. The command is registered at AccessLevel.Player.
Q: Why aren't all of my skills showing up?
A: This gump deliberately filters out skills with a base value of 0 to prevent the menu from being flooded by the Human 20.0 racial passive. It will only display up to 24 skills that you have actively trained.
Q: Do I need to close and reopen the gump to see if my stats changed?
A: No, there is a sync/refresh button in the top right corner that will reload the gump with your current data.
