Simple Tame Command - A target command to tame a creature

Simple tame command I slapped together, was tired of setting all these properties manually. I've never really contributed much here, figured I'd start.

[tame to use it, target a Base Creature. If it's tamable, it will tame it, set you as the owner, bond it, etc.

Usable by Counselors and up
